1. General Provisions
This Personal Data Processing Policy has been prepared in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006 “On Personal Data” (hereinafter referred to as the “Personal Data Law”) and defines the procedure for processing personal data and measures taken to ensure the security of personal data by Vladimir Vladimirovich Repyev (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”).
1.1. The Operator considers compliance with human and civil rights and freedoms in the processing of personal data, including protection of the right to privacy and personal and family confidentiality, to be its highest priority and essential condition for conducting its activities.
1.2. This Policy regarding the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) applies to all information that the Operator may obtain about visitors of the website

2. Basic Terms Used in the Policy
2.1. Automated processing of personal data — processing of personal data using computer technology.
2.2. Blocking of personal data — temporary suspension of personal data processing, except where processing is necessary for clarification of personal data.

2.4. Personal data information system — a set of personal data contained in databases and information technologies and technical means used for their processing.
2.5. Depersonalization of personal data — actions resulting in the impossibility of determining, without additional information, whether personal data belongs to a specific User or another personal data subject.
2.6. Processing of personal data — any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with or without automation tools involving personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.
2.7. Operator — a state authority, municipal authority, legal entity, or individual independently or jointly organizing and/or carrying out personal data processing, as well as determining the purposes of processing, composition of personal data to be processed, and actions performed with personal data.
2.8. Personal data — any information relating directly or indirectly to an identified or identifiable User of the website

2.9. Personal data permitted for distribution by the personal data subject — personal data made publicly available by the subject through consent granted in accordance with the procedure established by the Personal Data Law.
2.10. User — any visitor of the website

2.11. Provision of personal data — actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific person or group of persons.
2.12. Distribution of personal data — any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite group of persons, including publication in media, placement on information and telecommunication networks, or providing access in any other way.
2.13. Cross-border transfer of personal data — transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign state, foreign governmental authority, foreign individual, or foreign legal entity.
2.14. Destruction of personal data — any actions resulting in irreversible destruction of personal data with no possibility of further recovery.
3. Main Rights and Obligations of the Operator
3.1. The Operator has the right to:
- receive reliable information and/or documents containing personal data from the personal data subject;
- continue processing personal data without the subject’s consent where grounds established by applicable law exist;
- independently determine the scope and list of measures necessary and sufficient to comply with the Personal Data Law.
3.2. The Operator is obliged to:
- provide information regarding processing of personal data upon request of the personal data subject;
- organize personal data processing in accordance with applicable Russian legislation;
- respond to requests and inquiries from personal data subjects and their legal representatives;
- provide necessary information to the authorized personal data protection authority within 10 days upon request;
- publish or otherwise ensure unrestricted access to this Policy;
- take legal, organizational, and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, and other unlawful actions;
- cease processing and destroy personal data in cases established by law;
- fulfill other obligations established by Russian legislation.
4. Main Rights and Obligations of Personal Data Subjects
4.1. Personal data subjects have the right to:
- receive information regarding processing of their personal data;
- request clarification, blocking, or destruction of personal data if such data is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, unlawfully obtained, or unnecessary for the stated purpose of processing;
- require prior consent for processing personal data for marketing purposes;
- withdraw consent to processing personal data;
- appeal unlawful actions or omissions of the Operator to the authorized authority or in court;
- exercise other rights provided by Russian legislation.
4.2. Personal data subjects are obliged to:
- provide accurate information about themselves;
- notify the Operator of any updates or changes to their personal data.
4.3. Persons who provide false information about themselves or another personal data subject without proper consent shall bear responsibility in accordance with Russian legislation.
5. Principles of Personal Data Processing
5.1. Processing of personal data shall be carried out lawfully and fairly.
5.2. Processing shall be limited to achieving specific, predetermined, and lawful purposes.
5.3. Combining databases containing personal data processed for incompatible purposes is prohibited.
5.4. Only personal data relevant to processing purposes shall be processed.
5.5. The content and scope of personal data processed shall correspond to the stated purposes.
5.6. The Operator shall ensure accuracy and relevance of personal data and take necessary measures to update or delete inaccurate or incomplete data.
5.7. Personal data shall be stored no longer than required for processing purposes unless otherwise provided by federal law or contract.
6. Purposes of Personal Data Processing
Purpose of processing:
communication with the personal data subject, processing inquiries, requests, and applications, as well as providing information about the Operator’s services.
Personal data:
- full name
- email address
- phone numbers
Legal grounds:
consent of the personal data subject to the processing of personal data, as well as other legal grounds provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Types of processing:
collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating, use, deletion, and destruction of personal data.
7. Conditions for Processing Personal Data
7.1. Processing of personal data shall be carried out with the consent of the personal data subject to the processing of their personal data.
7.2. Processing of personal data is necessary for achieving the purposes provided for by an international treaty of the Russian Federation or by law, and for the performance of functions, powers, and obligations imposed on the Operator by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
7.3. Processing of personal data is necessary for the administration of justice, execution of a judicial act, act of another authority or official subject to execution in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on enforcement proceedings.
7.4. Processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the personal data subject is a party, beneficiary, or guarantor, as well as for entering into a contract at the initiative of the personal data subject or a contract under which the personal data subject will be a beneficiary or guarantor.
7.5. Processing of personal data is necessary for the exercise of the rights and legitimate interests of the Operator or third parties, or for achieving socially significant objectives, provided that such processing does not violate the rights and freedoms of the personal data subject.
7.6. Processing is carried out with respect to personal data made publicly available by the personal data subject or at their request (hereinafter referred to as “publicly available personal data”).
7.7. Processing is carried out with respect to personal data subject to publication or mandatory disclosure in accordance with federal law.
8. Procedure for Collection, Storage, Transfer, and Other Types of Processing of Personal Data
8.1. The Operator ensures safety of personal data and takes all possible measures to prevent unauthorized access.
8.2. Personal data may be transferred to third parties where required by Russian legislation or where necessary for provision of services related to the Operator’s activities, including hosting providers, email services, and technical contractors.
Such parties are obligated to ensure confidentiality and security of personal data under applicable agreements.
8.3. Users may update their personal data by sending a request to:

8.4. The processing period for personal data is determined by the purposes for which the data was collected, unless otherwise established by law or agreement.

8.5. Where third-party services and technical contractors are used, processing of personal data may be carried out by such parties solely to the extent necessary for provision of relevant services.
The Operator takes reasonable measures to ensure such parties comply with Russian personal data legislation.
8.6. Restrictions established by the personal data subject regarding dissemination of personal data do not apply in cases established by Russian legislation.
8.7. The Operator ensures confidentiality of personal data and applies necessary legal, organizational, and technical measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, destruction, modification, blocking, distribution, and other unlawful actions.
8.8. Personal data shall be stored no longer than required for processing purposes.
8.9. Processing of personal data may be terminated upon achievement of processing purposes, expiration of consent, withdrawal of consent, or detection of unlawful processing.
9. Actions Performed by the Operator with Personal Data
9.1. The Operator performs collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating, extraction, use, transfer, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.
9.2. The Operator performs automated processing of personal data with or without transfer via information and telecommunication networks.
10. Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Data
10.1. Before carrying out cross-border transfer of personal data, the Operator shall notify the authorized authority responsible for protection of personal data subjects.
10.2. Before submitting such notification, the Operator shall obtain necessary information from foreign authorities, individuals, or legal entities to whom personal data is planned to be transferred.
11. Confidentiality of Personal Data
The Operator and other persons having access to personal data are obligated not to disclose or distribute personal data to third parties without consent of the personal data subject unless otherwise provided by law.
